Services
Offering a range of architectural design services, we are here to ensure your building project comes to life and guide you through the complexities of site regulations, council requirements and consents. Every project is unique, however the general process of design to achieve your goal remains the same. We also offer a 3D visualisation package to help assist you visualise what could be built on your new section, or what that new extension could look like.
Pre Design
Lets chat! Having great communication is key to understanding your vision. These first stages of engagement are about gathering all relevant information to obtain an accurate brief and understand your expectations.
Concept Design
Once we have a clear understanding of your brief, we can now produce a concept design including preliminary floor plans, elevations and 3D renders as required. A set of preliminary drawings can also be produced for a estimation of build cost by a local builder to gain a more accurate idea of costs to see if the project is feasible before moving to the next step.
Consent Documentation
Drawings are further developed into a set of documents of which demonstrates compliance with the local rules and regulations as well as the New Zealand building code.
This stage also includes finalising material finishes, exterior claddings and all components. Once consent is granted, we can also assist you through the build process as needed.
